Nederlandse voorwaarden

Wij begrijpen dat inschrijven voor een training of opleiding een belangrijke stap is in jouw professionele ontwikkeling. Daarom vinden wij het belangrijk om transparant te zijn over de voorwaarden die verbonden zijn aan jouw deelname. Op deze pagina vind je alle details die je nodig hebt om een geïnformeerde keuze te maken.

Van prijsinformatie tot betalingsvoorwaarden: hier leggen we alles duidelijk en eenvoudig uit. Wij staan voor eerlijkheid en duidelijkheid in alles wat we doen. Mocht je toch nog vragen hebben, aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen.

Aan de inschrijving zijn de volgende voorwaarden verbonden:

Investering

Alle bedragen zijn exclusief BTW. Je ontvangt een factuur binnen 2 werkdagen na inschrijving. In de prijs van een open inschrijving zijn begrepen: voorbereidingsopdracht, de masterclass, het lesmateriaal, de faciliteiten en de lunch (indien van toepassing).

Betaling

Er geldt een betalingstermijn van 14 dagen. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid als deelnemer om bij je boeking de juiste gegevens voor spoedige betaling door te geven.

Bij annulering of ziekte

Je bent te allen tijde vrij om jouw deelname door iemand anders te laten invullen, mits je dit vooraf aan ons laat weten.

Onze annuleringsvoorwaarden komen overeen met de wet: particulieren kunnen tot 14 dagen na de boeking kosteloos annuleren, echter niet meer na aanvang training of opleiding.

Boek je zakelijk, dan kan dit niet maar hanteren we de volgende annuleringsvoorwaarden:

  • Je hebt de mogelijkheid om kosteloos te annuleren tot 1 week na je reservering. Deze regeling geldt alleen als de startdatum van de (eerste aankomende) training meer dan 1 maand in de toekomst ligt. Als de startdatum binnen 1 maand is, zijn de volgende annuleringsvoorwaarden van toepassing.
  • Je kan tot 1 maand voor de (eerst geboekte) trainingsdag annuleren, je bent dan 10% administratiekosten verschuldigd.
  • Bij annulering tussen 1 maand en 22 dagen voor de startdatum bedragen de kosten 50% van de reguliere prijs (zonder kortingen).
  • Annuleer je binnen 22 dagen voor de (eerste) trainingsdag, dan ben je het volledige bedrag verschuldigd. Bij een open inschrijving krijg je 50% korting op een nieuwe training.
  • Verplaatsen naar een andere datum of wanneer je op de eerste dag niet verschijnt, merken wij aan als annulering en dan ben je het volledige bedrag verschuldigd.
  • De annulering dient schriftelijk of per e-mail te worden ingediend. Het tijdstip waarop wij de annulering ontvangen, is bindend.

We reserveren de trainer en plannen alles ruim van tevoren. Een verplaatsing kost ons dezelfde kosten als een annulering. Daarom behandelen we een verplaatsing als annulering.

Denk eraan dat annuleringen altijd per e-mail people@recruitmenttraining.pro moeten worden doorgegeven. Het tijdstip waarop wij jouw annulering ontvangen, is bepalend. We vinden het fijn om te weten als jij een optie neemt en het later definitief wilt maken dus meld dit even bij inschrijving.

Gezondheid van jezelf, en de andere deelnemers, staat voorop en het is altijd vervelend als je door ziekte verhinderd bent. Bij ziekte/ verhindering blijft echter het volledige bedrag verschuldigd, onder andere omdat we de reeds gemaakte kosten van jouw deelname niet kunnen annuleren of doorschuiven. De verzuimde trainingsdag vervalt, er vindt geen restitutie plaats.

Training op locatie in het buitenland

Geven we de training op een locatie buiten Nederland, dan spreken we reis, verblijf en eventuele visumkosten vooraf met je af. Deze kosten factureren we apart. Zodra we ze geboekt hebben, zijn ze niet terug te draaien.

Annuleer je, dan betaal je de al geboekte reis- en verblijfkosten van de trainer volledig. Dit komt boven op het annuleringsbedrag uit de regels hierboven.

Niveau en erkenning

Onze trainingen zitten op hbo-niveau: stevig voor je vaktheoretische kennis en altijd praktijkgericht. We volgen de NRTO-gedragscode. We zijn een particuliere opleider. We geven geen wettelijk erkende diploma’s of bachelor- en masteropleidingen uit.

Intellectueel eigendom

Het is niet toegestaan de informatie van een training (inclusief offertes en hand-outs) ter beschikking te stellen aan derden, te verveelvoudigen of daarvan kopieën te (laten) vervaardigen, tenzij en voor zover wij daarvoor voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming hebben verleend.

Elke deelnemer krijgt na de training online toegang tot materialen van de training, waaronder een beknopte handout van de presentatie. De materialen zijn niet downloadbaar om de exclusiviteit en waarde van onze trainingen te behouden. Toegang tot deze online omgeving is beperkt tot 1 maand na de trainingsdag. Bij onregelmatigheden kan de toegang eerder worden geblokkeerd.

Inzet van onze trainers

Onze trainers werken via ons. We vragen je onze trainers niet rechtstreeks in te zetten voor opdrachten, niet zelf en niet via hun eigen bedrijf, binnen 3 jaar na de laatste training of incompany opleiding. Werk je toch liever rechtstreeks met een trainer, neem dan eerst contact met ons op. We maken samen een afspraak over een overnamevergoeding.

Zet je een trainer zonder onze toestemming toch rechtstreeks in, dan geldt een vergoeding van EUR 40.000 per trainer. Dit bedrag is een redelijke schatting van de omzet die we mislopen. Daarnaast houden we het recht op volledige schadevergoeding.

Verplaatsing locatie of datum

Soms moeten we de datum en/of locatie van een training veranderen. We doen er alles aan om dat te voorkomen, maar in sommige gevallen hebben we geen keus. Hoe dat precies zit, leggen we je graag uit.

Een open inschrijving gaat definitief door als er vier of meer deelnemers zijn. Vrijwel altijd halen we dit aantal. Lukt dat niet dan verschuift de trainingsdatum. In dat geval informeren we je hier uiterlijk 7 dagen van tevoren over. Het is nog nooit voorgekomen maar in geval van ernstige overmacht, zoals ziekte, kan een alternatieve datum aangeboden worden. We know that signing up for a training course or programme is an important step in your professional development. That is why we want to be open about the terms that apply to your participation. On this page you will find all the details you need to make an informed choice.

From pricing to payment terms: here we explain everything clearly and simply. We stand for honesty and clarity in everything we do. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

The following terms apply to your registration:

Price

All amounts are exclusive of VAT. You receive an invoice within 2 working days of registration. The price of an open enrolment course includes: the preparatory assignment, the masterclass, the course materials, the facilities and lunch (where applicable).

Payment

A payment term of 14 days applies. As a participant, it is your responsibility to provide the correct details when you book so that payment can be made promptly.

Cancellation or illness

You are free at any time to have someone else take your place, as long as you let us know in advance.

Our cancellation terms are in line with EU law: private individuals can cancel free of charge up to 14 days after booking, but no longer once the training or course has started.

If you book as a business, this option does not apply, and the following cancellation terms apply instead:

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 1 week after your booking. This only applies if the start date of the (first upcoming) training is more than 1 month away. If the start date is within 1 month, the following cancellation terms apply.
  • You can cancel up to 1 month before the (first booked) training day, in which case you owe 10% administration costs.
  • For cancellation between 1 month and 22 days before the start date, the cost is 50% of the standard price (without any discounts).
  • If you cancel within 22 days of the (first) training day, you owe the full amount. For an open enrolment booking, you receive a 50% discount on a new training course.
  • Moving to a different date, or not showing up on the first day, is treated as a cancellation, and you then owe the full amount.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email. The time at which we receive the cancellation is binding.

We reserve the trainer and plan everything well in advance. A change of date costs us the same as a cancellation. That is why we treat a change of date as a cancellation.

Please remember that cancellations must always be sent by email to people@recruitmenttraining.pro. The time at which we receive your cancellation is decisive. We like to know if you are taking an option and want to confirm it later, so please mention this when you register.

Your health, and that of the other participants, comes first, and it is always a shame when illness keeps you away. In the event of illness or absence, however, the full amount remains payable, partly because we cannot cancel or carry over the costs we have already incurred for your participation. The missed training day lapses, and no refund is given.

Level and recognition

Our courses are at higher professional education level: solid for your specialist knowledge, and always practical. We follow the Dutch NRTO code of conduct. We are a private training provider. We do not issue legally recognised diplomas or bachelor’s and master’s programmes.

Intellectual property

You may not make the information from a training course (including quotations and handouts) available to third parties, reproduce it, or have copies made of it, unless and to the extent that we have given prior written permission.

After every training, each participant gets online access to the course materials, including a short handout of the presentation. The materials cannot be downloaded, so we can preserve the exclusivity and value of our courses. Access to this online environment is limited to 1 month after the training day. In the event of any irregularities, access can be blocked sooner.

Engaging our trainers

Our trainers work through us. We ask you not to engage our trainers directly for assignments, neither yourself nor through their own company, within 3 years of the last training or in-company programme. If you would rather work with a trainer directly, please contact us first. We will then agree a transfer fee together.

If you engage a trainer directly without our permission, a fee of EUR 40,000 per trainer applies. This amount is a reasonable estimate of the revenue we lose. In addition, we retain the right to full compensation for damages.

Change of venue or date

Sometimes we have to change the date and/or venue of a training course. We do everything we can to avoid this, but in some cases we have no choice. We are happy to explain how this works.

An open enrolment course goes ahead for certain when there are four or more participants. We almost always reach this number. If we do not, the training date moves. In that case we inform you at least 7 days in advance.

It has never happened, but in the event of serious force majeure, such as illness, an alternative date may be offered. Want to know sooner whether the training is going ahead? Just call or email us.

International clients

These terms apply alongside the general terms above. When a client is based outside the Netherlands, the following also applies.

  • VAT and tax: Fees are invoiced with 0% Dutch VAT under the reverse-charge rule, with the place of supply in the client’s country. Any local VAT, import duty or withholding tax is the client’s responsibility. Our fee is net: if tax is withheld at source, the client grosses it up so that we receive the full invoiced amount. For in-company training delivered on site outside the Netherlands, a different place-of-supply rule can apply.
  • Currency and bank charges: We invoice in euros. The client pays the full invoiced amount in euros, without deduction. All transfer and correspondent-bank charges are for the client’s account.
  • Payment before delivery: International clients pay the full invoiced amount before the training day. We confirm the trainer and the delivery date once payment has reached us. If payment has not been received in time, we may postpone or cancel the training.
  • Travel, accommodation and visa: For training delivered at a location outside the Netherlands, travel, accommodation and any visa costs are agreed in advance, invoiced separately and due before the training day. Once booked, these costs are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation and booked travel: If you cancel, any trainer travel and accommodation already booked is due in full, on top of the cancellation charge set out above.
  • Language and time zone: Training and materials are delivered in English unless agreed otherwise. Online sessions are scheduled in Central European Time (CET); we confirm the slot in your time zone when we book.
  • Governing law: Dutch law applies to these terms and to every training agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
  • Governing language: The Dutch version of these terms is the binding text. The English version is a translation for convenience. If the two differ, the Dutch version prevails.
