During this training, you will discover how to ensure you have productive and engaged employees. This helps you make your employees feel part of the team, at home in the organization, and clear about what is expected of them. Onboarding is the foundation.


This course is followed by 90 days of support, so even after training, you will get help with your plan and answers to all your questions.

  • Everything you need to know about setting up and optimizing an effective onboarding program.
  • A workshop and action plan for your onboarding program.
  • Checklists for pre-boarding, the first day of work, buddy or mentor program, and (virtual) onboarding.
  • Discussion about online tools and systems.
  • Inspiration from the best onboarding programs.
In a clear and motivating lesson, Daan and Jacco managed to keep the participants' attention. They ensured a good balance between theory and practice and there was sufficient room for interaction with the group. This made you think and real situations were involved, good tips were given, I gained good insights and the importance of good onboarding for every organization was discussed. The lesson also served as a good motivation to invest time in the preparation of an (even) better onboarding. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
